The Mixed Up Files of Bradley B. Borders
We've had a fun time these past few days. Though I think they may have been too few, they were certainly fun. And Rachel now tells me I have a "sounds like." So I suppose you all knew this was me the second you read the FIRST sentence. *sigh* But that's fine. Some people like me. Annnnyyywayyyyssss. Here are some words which barely speak of what we did, but may show you that we had fun. If you don't laugh, well, we musta been really tired.
"All cups lead to the forest."
"The outside of the Germ-X bottle is the grossest thing on earth."
"She smushed her subconscious."
On the way to the edge of the world, Grace and Bethany played cards in the back seat. They were playing the noble game of WAR. They were sovereigns over two sovereign nations, and fought each other with great diligence. As they defended their respective lands, they spoke of their subjects and their many children, and even their children's [invalid] children. Here are the words with which they spoke:
"this is my middle-aged boy"
"the young man who digs graves"
"my invalid grandson"
"Every noble king needs his peasants."
No, we're not going in chronological order. Alas.
At Starbucks----> "You could live off that, but you would die."
"It could've been dead for a while!"
"No, it's in good condition!"
Are they talking about an animal, or an antique car...?And now I'm headed home, where I will re-learn to speak, show my family and friends many pictures, and miss Rachel very much. Good bye.
